Old floor screwed into wood floor support frame.

Cut and remove bad floor and all wood and steel floor supports.

Fabricate steel floor and body support frame to replace wood.
Remove old master cylinder and bracket. Fabricate new bracket,   drill frame and bolt new brake booster and master cylinder in  place.

Drill floor support framework to bolt to mainframe. Then fabricate and weld rocker panel supports in place.

Move and re bracket e-brake handle. Run new battery cable to rear of car.

Plan location, then install front and back seat anchors in floor structure. Then fabricate new front and rear floors.

Weld front floor section in place.

Weld rear floor section in place.  Now this hot rod has a solid floor.

Remove dash.

Fabricate and install base for battery box.
Floor is complete.
On to the next phase.

Wood behind dash is rotted way.

Remove doors. Then Cut off body brackets from A and B pillars.

Remove front steel door jams.

Then remove all wood from A pillars.

Pulled a million nails!                      (I exaggerate but not by much!) Remove right rear steel door jam.

Pull more nails.

Remove rear window crank panels.

Remove rear windows to have access to nail on back side.

Remove wood from right B pillar.

Repeat process on left B pillar.

Remove rotted windshield frame support.

Fabricate new steel A-Pillars and Windshield frame support.

Weld A-pillars and Windshield support into hot rod. Drill and screw windshield frame in place.

Remove wood from around rear windows and rear corner supports.

Remove wood from around rear window.

Remove main upper body support wood and wood from ceiling.

Fabricate new steel B-Pillars to replace rotted wood B-Pillars.

Some metal shaping and fabrication for this hot rod's new wood replacement steel structure.

Fabricate new top support structure.

Install B-Pillars, fabricate and install window lift supports and electric window lifts. Install garnish molding.

Fit and weld new structure around rear window area. Install garnish molding.

Weld upper main body supports in place. Weld new top structure into hot rod.
Now that this 32 chevy's old rotten wooden structure has been thrown out, and replaced with a custom made Street Rods and Classics steel structure, it is as solid as a rock!
